Hi, my name is Christal. I am a mother of four children: Cory, Jason, Tommy and Cheyenne. We reside in Tyndall with our dog, cat and rabbit. My son Tommy has Asperger’s Syndrome and has completed his grade 12 through Network 4 Change. He is currently taking the prerequisite courses to enter the American Sign Language course at Red River College in September. Without Network 4 Change, he would not have even completed his grade 12. I am honoured to be working for a program that can make such a difference in the lives of our youth.
I have my Health Care Aide Certificate and have worked for 15 years in the health care field. Due to a back injury from a car accident, I went back to school and took the Para-Educator Certificate course. I am currently a Para-Educator substitute for Sunrise School Division as well as an Outreach Worker for Network 4 Change.
