Hi there! My name is Elaine and I am an outreach worker with Network 4 Change. I have worked with clients in the Making Connections Program and in the Road To Success Program.
Prior to this season of my working career, I have worked as a Registered Nurse in both a hospital setting and in community nursing. I am married to Curtis (the cutie in the picture!) and we have the privilege of raising 4 children. Matthew, Leah, Courtney and Christopher.
My favorite place to be is at home which is also called Heartland Ranch. Here I wear rubber boots or ropers depending on what the season is! We have cows and chickens and Clem and Violet our goats, a rabbit named Smoky and a donkey named Sarah and my favorites, the horses (too many here to name, but my guy is Pickle!). I have also had the opportunity to home school our children and even other children in our community over the years.
One of the greatest perks of my job with Network 4 Change is that they see the value of some of the dreams myself and my family see in what we have to offer at Heartland. I am able to fulfill some of those dreams in the work I do wearing my Network 4 Change jacket right at home working with people from our community.
