hand-prints-800x600.gifA Bit of History

Launched Spring of 2007, the H.O.P.E. Project is an effort to network existing community organizations and agencies that work within the field of early years development. With networked community partners, we can streamline communication, cooperatively coordinate services and increase efficiency of program delivery, which in turn will enhance community capacity.
