Meet Kelly – Our Executive Director
“Hello! My name is Kelly and I have worked at Network 4 Change for the past 15 years. I started here as the Early Years Program Facilitator/Family Outreach Worker, eventually moving on to Program Coordinator and finally Executive Director.
I love meeting new people from the community and building relationships with all the wonderful participants and staff that I am lucky enough to see everyday! It is so great to be part of the ever-evolving programs and initiatives that are on the go to meet the needs of our amazing community!
When I am not at work, you can find me spending time with my family. We enjoy camping and keeping busy with projects at home.” ~ Kelly F.

Meet Dana – Assistant Executive Director/Road 2 Success Program Coordinator
“I began working at Network 4 Change right out of college as an Outreach Worker. Almost 15 years later, I am still here in the roles of Road 2 Success Program Coordinator and Assistant Executive Director.
Three reasons I enjoy working at Network 4 Change:
Everyday is different – there’s always something new and exciting happening.
I get to work in my own community and be involved in a variety of community organizations and events.
My co-workers! They are the best!
Outside of work you can find me at the rink watching my three daughters play ringette or camping with my family and friends.” Dana R.

Meet Heather – Direct Support Worker
“I’ve been with Network now for approximately 9 years. I love camping, hiking, gardening, basically anything to do with summer. I have 2 wonderful adult sons, one dog, and one grand pup. I can be sarcastic and fun in my work and home life. I can usually be found with a smile on my face, trying to brighten someone’s day.
That’s the best part of my job, seeing all the smiles on the clients’ faces and hearing the laughter from them. Even if it means making a fool out of myself, as long as they are having fun in a safe and caring environment. My day is complete.” Heather Z.
